News and Announcements INTERESTED IN BECOMING A USSF INSTRUCTOR OR ASSESSOR  State and Grade 7 referees are invited to become entry-level USSF instructors and assessors.  Courses are taught mostly out-of-state Most of the expenses will be paid by the Delaware Soccer Referees Association. Referees must be in good standing and be willing to take a 2-3 day course at an out-of -state venue. We are always looking for new people to help in the education, assessment and mentoring of our referees.  For information on the courses and venues, check the "Links" button and look under USSoccer and then Referees.
